摘要
目的探讨哮喘患者住院期间的集束干预。方法选择首次住院诊断为哮喘的患者184例,随即分为两组,试验组100例,对照组84例。两组患者均进行入院常规健康教育,另外对试验组进行提问式、反复说教、强化记忆的集束干预。在患者入组时及6个月后,对两组患者的"知、言、行"进行评定。结果试验组在主诉症状、健康教育效果上与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论有效的集束干预使哮喘患者在住院期间能积极配合完成疾病治疗全过程,减少护理并发症,缩短住院时间,减轻患者负担,减少医疗资源的浪费。
Objective to discuss the Cluster interventions during hospitalization in patients with asthma intervention. Methods Select 184 cases of hospitalization diagnosis for asthma patients, These patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group was consisted of 100 patients while the control group was consisted of 84 patients. The routine health education was imply to the both groups. In addition , problem posing health education, repeated health deucation and memory consolidation health education was imply to the experimental group . The quality was evaluated using the model of knowledge,attitude, practice at the beginning of the trial and after 6 months. Results The chief complains and the effects of the experimental group compared to the control group were significant ( P d0.01). Conclusions The effective health education can make the in-patient with asthma to complete the whole treatment process in the hospital, decrease complications, shorten hospital stay, decrease the burden on the patients,and avoid the waste o{ medical resources.
