内皮祖细胞与肿瘤血管生成的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤血管生成一直是肿瘤领域的研究热点。近几年的研究表明,内皮祖细胞(EPCs)参与肿瘤血管生成,可以在肿瘤组织内募集,并向成熟内皮细胞分化,对肿瘤生长、浸润及转移的作用不可忽视。其中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与VEGF受体-2(VEGFR-2)相结合是EPCs参与肿瘤血管生成的一个重要机制,抑制VEGF的通路信号可以削弱EPCs向肿瘤血管的募集和参与血管生成,也可显著地延缓肿瘤的生长。
