肥胖、胰岛素抵抗与代谢综合征 被引量：19

摘要 代谢综合征（MS）是多种疾病和多重危险因素在同一个体聚集的代谢紊乱综合征。以腹型肥胖、糖脂代谢紊乱、高血压等为基本特征，其主要后果为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（CVD）。MS的第1个工作定义和诊断标准是由WHO专家组在1998年正式提出的。此后许多国家和学术组织都制定了各自的MS诊断标准并不断更新．但各种MS诊断标准的差异和争议较大。2005年由国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）颁布了学术界第1个MS的全球统一定义。
