摘要
针对腔型、动锥摆动次数、动锥角、排料口尺寸及偏心距是影响液压圆锥破碎机理论生产能力的最主要因素,依据设计基本理论,对以上参数进行了优化分析和确定,并通过KP系列圆锥破碎机一组生产率实际测定值,验证了分析结果的正确性。
Since the theoretical productivity of the hydraulic cone crasher is mainly affected bY such factors as the cavity shape, swing frequency of the moving cone, the moving cone angle, the outlet size and the eccentric- ity, the paper carried out the optimization analysis and determination of the above parameters according to basic design theory. In addition, the analysis results proved correct with a group of actually measured productivity of KP series cone crusher.
