摘要
根据静力学理论和地面车辆力学理论,提出一种计算车轮转向阻力矩的方法。分析了轮胎式滑移装载机的整机转向形式和转向条件。以凯斯440HD型滑移装载机为例,对不同转向形式进行了对比分析,为滑移装载机的转向系统设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the theory of statics and theory of ground vehicle dynamics, an accurate method of calculating steering resistance torque was put forward. The steering modes and the steering conditions of the wheeled skid loader were analyzed. A comparative analysis on various steering modes of a 440HD skid loader was carried out. The study offered theoretical basis for designing the steering system of the skid loader.
