摘要
利用FLUENT软件建立了标准k-ε模型,应用SIMPLEC算法,对2个吸水管同时工作的泵站前池进行了水力性能模拟研究。研究发现泵站前池的水力性能受泵站前池的长度、进水流道与泵站前池的高度比值和吸水管喇叭口悬空高度的影响。通过对数值模拟结果的分析,给出了泵站前池的长度、进水流道与泵站前池的高度比和吸水管喇叭口悬空高度较优的取值范围。同时,建议设计泵站前池尺寸时综合考虑土建成本和水力性能进行取值。
Adopting SIMPLEC algorithm, the numerical simulation of hydraulic performance in the forebay of pumping station was studied, the standard k - 8 model was built by Fluent. According to the results of simulation, the hydraulic performance is af- fected by the length of the forebay, the ratio between heights of the inlet conduit and forebay, the height of the entrance. The suitable value ranges are given based on the analysis of simulation. Construction costs and hydraulic performance should be con- sidered at the same time when design the size of the forebay.
