本文介绍了宝钢炼钢厂4#RH水环泵和蒸汽喷射泵混合式真空系统的组成,分析了4#RH真空系统的技术特点,并介绍了投产后的使用情况,最后总结了设备管理方面的创新和经验教训。
RH is a very important process based on vacuum-recycling-degassing.Here it gives an introduction to the profile of 4#RH vacuum system and its working principle,including its energy-saving advantage and too long-pumping time disadvantage.A practical solution is suggested.
