摘要
数字内容产业是将信息技术与文化内容交融汇合的新兴产业,两岸都处于经济结构调整与转型期,都重视发展数字内容产业。两岸文化同根同源,两岸数字内容产业之间存在较强的比较利益,两岸数字内容产业合作,既有利于两岸数字内容产业利益最大化,又有利于共同传承和弘扬中华文化,增强中华文化的国际传播力和影响力。当前两岸数字内容产业合作呈现良好态势,未来应通过一系列措施建立两岸数字内容产业合作机制,促进两岸数字内容产业进一步合作。
Digital content industry （DCI） is a newly emerging industry incorporating IT and culture. Taiwan and the mainland are both in the period of adjustment and transformation of economic structures and therefore pay special attention to DCI development. This paper argues that the cultures across the Strait share the same roots and therefore boast obvious comparative advantages in DCI. Cross-strait cooperation in DCI will benefit both sides of the Taiwan Strait by maximizing mutual benefit, promoting the development and dissemination of Chinese culture and enhancing the influence of Chinese culture. Cross-strait cooperation in DCI has gone on smoothly so far. It is suggested that a series of measures be taken to establish a mechanism for cross-strait DCI cooperation for more cooperation on a larger scale and basis in the future.
