摘要
针对无线通讯的开放式数控系统,文章介绍了其结构组成。根据串口、无线以及PLC通讯协议,设计了通讯流程。使用LabVIEW开发了上位机软件。利用其VISA技术实现了LabVIEW与PLC串口无线通讯。同时开发了PLC无线通讯数控加工程序。最后,在立式铣床的开放式数控系统中,以直线加工为例,测试了系统无线通讯控制的可行性;实验表明,所开发的无线通讯系统灵活、便捷、人机交互界面友好,满足开放式数控系统的使用要求。
For the ONC system based on the wireless communication, the composition of the system has been described in this paper. According to the communication protocols of the serial port, wireless and PLC, the process of communication has been designed. The upper computer software is developed under LabVIEW. The serial port wireless communication between the LabVIEW and PLC has been realized by use of the VISA of LabVIEW. At the same time, NC programs of PLC based on wireless communication have been developed. At last, the feasibility of wireless communication system has been tested with the example of linear processing in the ONC system of the vertical milling, The result shows that the wireless communication system developed is not only flexible and convenient, but also has a friendly HMI and meet the requirement of the ONC system.
