摘要
针对嵌入式数控系统的应用特点和硬件平台的限制,基于跨平台的Qt开发框架,设计了一种应用于数控的人机交互方法。人机交互系统包括键盘模块、系统界面、程序和参数管理、图形仿真等几部分。键盘驱动使用Qt的插件机制完成;根据键盘命令在系统的界面中实现了程序和参数管理、三轴坐标信息显示、加工模式选择、加工计时及工件计数等功能;图形仿真的交互功能既能够根据NC程序生成二维轨迹和三维轨迹图形,又可以实时监测加工状态。在基于ARM和嵌入式Linux的平台上验证了所设计方法的正确性。
For the features of embedded CNC system and limitations of hardware platform, this paper de- signed a human-CNC interaction methods based on the Qt cross-platform software. This interactive sys- tem, using Qt's plug-in mechanism, includes the parts as follows: keyboard, the system interface, proce- dures and parameter management and graphical simulation. According to the keyboard commands, the system achieves the functions such as program and parameter management, three-axis coordinate informa- tion display, processing mode selection, processing time and piece counting. The graphic simulation gen- erates two-dimensional and three-dimensional trajectory track graphics of the NC program, and real-time monitors the process status. The implementation on an ARM-based embedded Linux platform verified the correctness of the design.
