摘要
针对芜湖市新农村建设面临的生态环境问题,从绿色发展的视角分析了芜湖农村生态环境问题的成因,提出芜湖农村生态环境问题的治理对策:转变农村经济社会发展方式;提高农民素质、推进农业科技进步和创新;增加对农村公共产品的供给;发挥政府和农民两个主体的作用。
In view of the eeo-environment problems facing the new countryside construction in Wuhu, the causes of the eco-environment prob- lems were analyzed from the perspective of green development, some control measures were proposed, for example, to transform the model of rural eeonomic and soeial development, to improve the farmers＇quality, to promote the progress and innovation of agricultural science and tech- nology, to inerease the supply of rural public products, and to play the main body roles of government and farmers.
