缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉病变的超声观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)应用于缺血性脑卒中患者检测动脉粥样硬化的意义。方法对146例颈动脉粥样硬化患者例行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察颈动脉内壁光滑程度,斑块的回声特征及软斑块近心端的角度。将斑块分为软斑组、硬斑组、混合斑组,比较3组间及软斑块近心端的角度与缺血性脑卒中发病的关系。结果软斑组及其近心端的角度大于13°,缺血性脑卒中发生率显著高于混合斑组、硬斑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与缺血性脑卒中密切相关,彩色多普勒超声检查能早期发现颈动脉粥样硬化,对有效预防缺血性脑卒中的发生有重要意义。
