摘要
目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的治疗方法。方法 46例TIA患者给予抗血小板、扩容、扩血管治疗。结果 46例患者治愈10例,好转34例,未愈2例,治疗总有效率95.7%。住院天数6 d～15 d,平均8.5 d。结论及时治疗短暂性脑缺血发作可以有效减少脑梗死的发生。
Objective To study the treatment of transient ischemic attack （TIA） therapeutic. Methods 46 patients with Transient ischemic attack were treated with resisting blood cells ,dilatation and extend vessel. Results 10 were cured ,and 3gcases had effect ,no improved in 2 cases. The total effective rate was 95.7%. 6 days -15 days in hospital, the average was 8.5 days. Conclusion Transient isehemic attack patients to treatment, it can reduce the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
