摘要
目的分析社区托幼机构内3岁~6岁学龄前儿童体能测试结果,为科学开展托幼园所的儿童保健工作,加强儿童体育锻炼,促进儿童身心健康提供科学依据。方法 2011年对北京市海淀区花园路社区卫生服务中心所管辖的2所幼儿园723名3岁~6岁学龄前儿童进行体能测试。结果本社区托幼机构3岁~6岁儿童体质健康状况良好,儿童各单项测试项目发展不均衡,肥胖儿在下肢力量及心功能的项目中表现较非肥胖儿差,总体评级也落后于后者。结论社区托幼机构应提高对学龄前儿童体育锻炼的重视,科学开展体能训练,特别关注低龄儿童和肥胖儿童,为儿童一生的健康打下良好的基础。通过对幼儿体质的量化评定、分析,可以对幼儿全面健康发育成长起到积极的促进作用。
Objective To provide scientific basis for developing children's health care, strengthening their physical exercise, and promoting their physical and mental health, through analyzing the physical test results of 3-6 years old children . Methods Teated 723 3-6 years old preschool children physically in 2 kindergartens governed by Huayuan Road Community Health Service Center, Haidian District, Beijng, in 2011. Results All children in community were in good health. The individual test items developed unbalancedly. The obese children performed poorer than the non-obese children in lower extremity strength and heart function. Conclusion We should attach importance to physical exercise and develop physical training scientifically of preschool children, especially the young and the obese children, and lay a good foundation for the children's lifetime health. Based on the quantitative evaluation and analysis of the children's physiques, it will positively promote theirs overall health development.
