摘要
目的探讨额叶挫裂伤的有效治疗方案。方法对30例额叶挫裂伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献探讨额叶挫裂伤的治疗策略。结果 30例患者中手术治疗19例,其中恢复良好10例,中残2例,重残1例,植物状态生存2例,死亡4例;保守治疗11例,其中恢复良好9例,死亡2例。结论额叶挫裂伤的患者容易出现脑中心疝,病情有突变性,须密切观察,及时复查头颅CT,并可根据患者意识状况及脑室、脑池的受压情况适当放宽手术指征,去除骨瓣减压,提高治愈率。
Objective To explore the effective treatment for cerebral contusion and laceration of frontal lobes. Methods Retrospeetivly analyzed the data of 30 cases suffered frontal lobes contusion and laceration and dicussed the effect methods . Results 19 cases accepted operation and 10 of them got well , 2 got slight deformities, 1 severely disable,2 vegetable survival and 4 eases died . 11 cases accepted conservative treatment, 9 of them got well , 2 cases died. Conclusion Patients suffered frontal lobes contusion and laceration are subject to brain central hernia and the situation will change suddenly, it need to be observed closely.properly loosing operation indication according to the patients＇situation and taking decompressive craniectomy could improve the cure rate.
