摘要
用离子选择电极法测定土壤中的氟的前处理过程中,将使用标准步骤与省略在电炉上加热至近沸这一步骤进行对比实验并进行数理统计,结果表明省略在电炉上加热至近沸这一步骤更为简便和安全。
The experiment is conducted to compare the two steps during the process of the pretreatment for detecting the fluoride in soil by ion selective electrode. One is just the standard step, while there is no heating on an electric stove to boiling in the other step. The mathematical statistics show that the omission of heating makes the pretreat- ment simple and safe.
