摘要 介绍了滴道矿洗煤厂对浮选工艺进行改造的过程,通过安装1台LWZ(A)系列沉降过滤式离心脱水机和1台200m2快开自动隔膜压滤机代替加压过滤机对浮选精煤脱水处理,解决了加压过滤机故障多、维修量大、耗材耗电等制约精煤生产的难题,提高了精煤回收率,提升了尾煤泥灰分,改善了经营指标与经济效益。 The practice of technical transformation of flotation system in Didao coal preparation plant was introduced. A LWZ (A) series of sedimentation-filtration centrifugal dehydrator and a 200 m^2 quick-opening automatic-diaphragm pressure filter were applied instead of original pressured filter to dewater the flotation concentrate. Through the technical transformation, the problems of restricting fine coal production, such as multiple failures of pressured filter, large quantity of maintenance workload and large material-consumption and power-consumption, were solved, the recovery ratio of fine coal was enhanced, the ash yield of tail coal slime was increased, and relevant business indicators and economic benefit was improved.
