摘要
目的 探讨负压封闭引流在糖尿病足治疗中的效果.方法 将40 例糖尿病足（Ⅲ～Ⅳ期）患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20 例.对照组采用传统换药方法,观察组采用负压封闭引流,比较2 组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组患者平均住院时间较对照组缩短,换药次数减少,创面感染发生率低于对照组,2 组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 采用负压封闭引流术治疗糖尿病足可缩短治疗时间,减少换药次数,降低创面感染发生率,临床效果显著.
Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure closed drainage in treating diabetic foot; Methods 40 cases of diabetic foot （3-4） were randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 20 cases in each group. The control group used the traditional methods, the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage. The results of two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the average hospitalization time was shorten, the number of dressing reduced, wound infection rate was lower than in the observation group, there was significantly different between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot can shorten the treatment time, reduce the frequency of dressing changes, reduce the incidence of wound infection.
