摘要
目的探讨系统的产前相关知识的宣教对分娩产妇的影响。方法选择2011年1～6月在我院进行过系统产前相关宣教的的足月单胎头位的初产妇200例作为观察组，选择未进行系统的产前相关知识宣教的足月单胎头位的初产妇200例作为对照组。搜集相关的数据后对比两组产妇在分娩方式、分娩疼痛、产程时间及综合满意度等方面的异同。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率及综合满意度明显高于对照组，总产程比对照组明显缩短，产痛比对照组明显减轻（P〈0．05）。结论实施系统的产前相关知识的宣教可明显缩短产程、提高自然分娩率、降低产妇分娩的痛苦，提高产妇及家属的综合满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the impact of systematic prenatal education on the delivery of maternal. Methods 200 cases of full-month single fetal cephalic primiparas who had received the related systematic prenatal education from January to June 2011 in our hospital were selected as observation group, 200 cases of full-month single fetal cephalic primiparas who had not received the related systematic prenatal education were selected as control group, to compare the similarities and differences in the aspects of delivery way, delivery pain, delivery stage time and comprehensive satisfaction between the two groups after collection of related data. Results The natural delivery rate and comprehensive satisfaction rate of parturients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the total delivery process was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the delivery pain in the observation group reduced significantly in contrast to the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of related systematic prenatal education can significantly shorten delivery stage, increase the rate of natural delivery, reduce delivery pain, improve comprehensive satisfaction from parturients and their families, which is worthy of clinical application.
