摘要
目的探讨超细化护理模式在晚期肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法将我科240例患者随机分为两组:干预组120例,对照组120例。两组均由护士选取晚期肿瘤病人。对照组接受一般的功能制护理模式,干预组采用超细化护理模式即根据临床工作中遇到的问题从人才梯队建设、病房环境、协调社会家庭环境、基础护理和心理护理等方面针对晚期肿瘤患者提出一种特殊的护理模式。结果本研究干预组护理质量、服务满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本研究通过探讨两组具体的实施方法以及效果评价,从而进一步制定出适合晚期肿瘤患者的标准护理模式。超细化护理模式不仅可以协调患者的社会家庭关系,提高患者的生活质量,而且可以提高护理业务水平和护理质量,减少不良事件的发生率,提高护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of ultrafine nursing model in advanced cancer patients. Methods 240 cases of patients with advanced cancer were divided into intervention group （120 cases） and control group （120 cases）, the control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given ultrafine nursing--a special model of nursing which was based on clinical problems encountered in the work from the talent team building, the ward environment, coordination of social and family environment, basic nursing and psychological nursing for patients with advanced cancer. Results The nursing quality and service satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion By analyzing the implementation of two specific methods and result evaluation, we further develop the standard nursing model suitable for advanced cancer patients. The ultrafine nursing model can not only coordinate the patients＇ social and family relations, improve the quality of life, but also improve the nursing level and nursing quality, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
