摘要
目的探讨关节镜下臀肌筋膜挛缩症微创手术治疗的护理干预措施对髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年至2011年收治的臀肌筋膜挛缩症59例，采用关节镜下臀肌筋膜“Z”形松解术。年龄14～29岁。双侧病变30例，单侧29例，患者术后均在护理人员的指导和协助下进行功能锻炼。结果随访59例，时间6～12个月，检查所有体征全部为阴性。患者恢复了正常生活，对术前术后护理及康复满意。结论对于臀肌挛缩的患者，关节镜手术术前术后护理及功能锻炼需要正确的护理及指导，通过有效的术前心理护理、皮肤护理、术后的体位护理、引流管护理、康复护理，收到了满意的效果。
Objective To summarize the rehabilitation nursing method in glutealmuscle contracture in patients with arthroscopic lysis of soft tissue. Methods 59 cases of arthroscopic surgery for soft tissue release of glutealmuscle contracture were treated with postoperative fi.mctional exercise. Results All the 59 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, restored normal life, and were satisfied with the preoperative and postoperative nursing and rehabilitation. Conclusion Functional exercise in patients with arthroscopic treatment of soft tissue release of glutealmuscle contracture contributes to the promotion of early postoperative rehabilitation.
