摘要
铝渣灰中的氮以AlN形式存在并与其它成分紧密混杂。进行了AIN水解、回收液氨及硫酸铵的试验研究。AlN水解产生的氨经精馏、压缩、冷凝可获得成品液氨,或者经工业硫酸吸收、结晶、离心烘干得到铵盐,氨氮回收率达95%。
Ammonia exists in form of nitrogen in aluminum slag ash and is closely mixed with other components.The tests of AIN hydrolysis and the recovery of liquid nitrogen and ammonia sulfate were conducted.From the ammonia produced in the hydrolysis of AIN,Liquid ammonia could be obtained by distillation,compression and condensation,while ammonia salt could be obtained by industrial sulphuric acid absorption,crystallization and centrifugal drying,the recovery of ammonia nitrogen could reach to 95%.
