入户访视是建立良好医患关系的重要方式,第一次入户,若能给服务对象留下一个良好的印象,对今后工作的开展很有益处。这就要求入户医护人员谈吐要得体,称呼要让对方感到亲切、自然,在向住户了解健康信息时,要注意把握好询问的深度和沟通的分寸。注意入户调查要与医疗活动结合进行,发现现患患者要做简单检查,进一步密切医患关系。
Home visiting is an important approach to establish good doctor-patient relationship.A good first impression will be beneficial for the doctors′ future work.Appropriate addressing,conversation,and health inquiry make the visited residents feel comfortable and cared.When a suspicious illness is found during health inquiry,simple examinations should be done at the scene,which will also help to enhance doctor-patient relationship.
