摘要
实现了一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术的脉宽调制变流器的死区补偿方法。通过矢量合成的方法得到一个控制周期内的死区矢量,并以此来修正指令电压矢量,可以对死区效应进行纯软件补偿。在电压型四象限变流器的整流和逆变两个工况下的应用结果表明了这种方法的有效性。
A dead-time compensation method used in the PWM converter is realized. Based on the popular-used SVPWM, the dead-time effect can be compensated using the concept of dead-time vector. The method can be used via modification in the original controller software and need no additional hardware. The proposed method is verified by the experiment of the 3-phase PWM converter.
