我国青少年篮球队技术与体能训练的误区及其关系定位 被引量:7

摘要 对目前我国青少年篮球队在技术和体能训练过程中存在误区进行阐释和分析,在此基础上以发展和辩证的观点确立了篮球技术与体能训练之间的关系定位:篮球技术与体能训练是一种既相互独立,又彼此结合,还相互影响,互为依赖的关系;二者在训练过程中应有合也有分,而且分中有合,合中有分;技术和体能训练应坚持整体与均衡发展;技术与体能训练作为一个系统化的体系而存在;技术和体能训练之间的有机衔接与转化是训练问题的关键。 Based on explain and analyze that misunderstanding on training of basketball skills and physical fitness of the basketball teams on adolescents,established the relations of training of basketball skills and physical fitness : Basketball skills and physical fitness training is Independent of each other,combine with each other,but also Influence each other,mutually dependent;It should be together and partakers,and combine in the partakers,partakers in the combine;Skills and physical training should be adhere to the development of integrated and balanced;skills and physical fitness training exists as a system;Connection and Conversion is the key on skills and physical fitness training.
