右美托咪定用于ICU机械通气患者的镇静效果及护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定用于ICU机械通气患者的镇静效果、安全性及护理。方法 68例ICU机械通气的患者随机分为丙泊酚对照组和右美托咪定观察组,每组34例,记录两组患者入睡时间、停药后恢复时间、镇静评分以及出现不良反应情况。结果两组患者入睡时间无差异(P>0.05),自然清醒时间、镇静评分、不良反应例数存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定用于ICU机械通气患者的镇静程度满意,安全可靠且不良反应少,生命体征稳定,同时密切的护理配合、生命体征监护对于保证机械通气镇静非常重要。
