摘要
国家产业布局调整升级以及区域经济一体化战略对现代物流发展提出了新的要求,在认清我国物流立法建设存在问题的基础上,提出立足于区域经济一体化建设区域物流法制的观点,分析了广西物流经济发展中的法律保障问题,最后以广西现代物流立法为例,给出建设和完善区域物流立法的对策建议。
In this paper we proposed the viewpoint that the legislation of regional logistics should be based on the integration of the regional economy, analyzed the problems in the legal support for the development of the logistics economy in Guangxi and finally gave countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and improving the legislative structure of regional logistics.
