摘要
研究了硅质单一钒矿氧化钙化焙烧提钒新工艺 ,以解决国内各钒厂目前采用的钠化法工艺三废污染严重 ,钒回收率低的问题。介绍和讨论了新工艺的焙烧和浸出原理、工艺流程、各项指标和在生产中的应用。
A new process of vanadium extraction from silica based vanadium ore by oxidation roasting with calcium compounds was studied. This new process is to overcome the difficuties in environmental pollution and low recovery ratio of vanadium. The roasting and leaching principles of the process, the technological flow chart, the technical indexes and its application in production are discussed.
