摘要
研究了用紫外分光光度法测定甲萘醌在饲料中含量的方法 ,探讨了测定过程中有关条件的变化对测定的影响 ,获得了适宜的测定条件 :紫外光吸收波长为 2 50± 2nm ,在所测的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系和回收率。此方法简便、快捷 ,与传统的SMAO4 0A方法对比有较高的准确性 ,结果令人满意。
A method of determination of menadione in fodder by UV spectrophotometry was reported.Effects of measurement conditions on absorbancy was investigated and suitable parameters for measurement were obtained.The detective wavelength of UV detector was at 250±2nm .Excellent linear relationship and recovery ratio were obtained in the appropriate range of concentration.The method is simple and rapid.The measurement error is small comparing with the results of SMA O4OA.
