摘要
黄河三角洲滨海湿地是我国暖温带最典型的新生湿地生态系统。近年来,受自然因素和人为因素的影响,黄河三角洲滨海湿地生态系统发生了景观破碎化、植被退化、污染、物种减少、外来有害物种入侵等变化,影响了黄河三角洲海洋经济的持续健康发展。为保护黄河三角洲自然生态环境,提出了建立和完善湿地保护政策和法律、法规体系、开展湿地资源调查评价和监测、加强对湿地的综合保护治理,减缓湿地退化,促进湿地的可持续利用等保护对策。
The coastal wetland in the Yellow River Delta is the most complete,widespread and the youngest newborn wetland ecosystem in China’s warm temperate zone.In recent years,influenced by natural factors and human factors,the ecosystem of coastal wetland in the Yellow River Delta has changed,for example,soil erosion,vegetation degradation,pollution,biodiversity damage,harmful species invasion and etc,The changes had influenced the regional sustainable development of ocean economy.To protect the ecosystem of coastal wetland in the Yellow River Delta,the authors put forward some countermeasures below to protect and reasonably use the coast wetlands,such as establishing and improving the policies,the rule,the law of wetland protection,investigating,evaluating and monitoring the wetland resources,enhancing wetlands comprehensive protection,reducing wetland degradation,promoting the sustainable use of wetlands and so on.
