摘要
梳理区域和谐持续性发展和人才支撑研究文献,基于系统理论构建区域和谐持续性发展与人才支撑复合系统,对复合系统理论作出假设和理论分析,研究复合系统的协调性。以山西和谐持续性发展为例,分析了复合系统的协调性,从人才支撑角度提出了实现山西和谐持续性发展的对策与措施。
The research about sustainable development of regional harmony and talent sustentation, the article constructs complex system of area-harmony development and talent sustentation by system theory , defining the hypothesis and analyzing the theory, researching the complex system＇s coordination. Such as Shanxi sustainable development of regional harmony, it analysis the coordination about complex system, then gives some strategies and measures from talent susteatation.
