介绍了G代码的组成、编程分析与定义,以及G代码的检错功能,并在此基础上对搅拌摩擦焊接机床运动轨迹规划进行了探讨,研究了空间直线和空间圆弧轨迹规划算法,并通过实践对其可行性进行了验证,证实可满足实际生产的需要,具有良好的实用价值。
The composition, the programming analysis and definition of the G - Code and the function of error detection are introduced. The motion trajectory planning of the friction stir welding machine is discussed. The trajectory planning algorithm of the space straight lines and space arc is studied and its feasibility is verified through the practice, and it can meet the practical production need, and the result shows a good practical value.
