摘要
为了有效地消除信号的噪声,提出了基于粒子群优化的数学形态滤波器构造方法。首先,根据数学形态学算法的特性构造了形态学滤波器;然后,对于形态学滤波运算中的重要参数形态结构算子,采用具有全局优化性能的粒子群算法自适应选取,以最大信噪比作为整个优化过程的判定标准,从而实现了最优滤波器的构造;最后,通过仿真实验和轴承故障信号的分析表明,该形态学滤波器能够实现较好的滤波效果,可以有效地对机械设备的故障信号进行消噪。
iming at removing the noise of the vibration signal, a new mathematical morphological filter method is proposed, the proposed filter is optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Firstly, the morphological filter is constructed according to the characteristic of morphological algorithm. Then, the particle swarm optimization algo- rithm is used to select the adaptive structural dement, which has an important role in morphological filter, and the maximum signal - noise - ratio is used as the criteria of the optimization process, achieving to get the optimal structural element. Finally, the simulation experiment and the bearing fault signal are analyzed, the results show that the optimal morphological filter is better in removing the noise than the wavelet method and the traditional morphological filter methods, the proposed method can effectively reduce the noise of the mechanical equipment.
