摘要
多平行齿轮转子系统的振动特性对其总体性能有着重要的影响,分析了某三平行齿轮减速系统的固有频率、振型及强迫振动响应。结果表明,由于齿轮的啮合作用,各齿轮轴相互耦合,发生了弯扭耦合振动,派生出许多新的模态,各轴上的不平衡会引起整个系统的振动响应。
The vibration characteristic of multi - parallel gear- rotor system is an important factor affecting its total performances. The natural frequency, model and passive vibration response of a three parallel reducer system was analyzed adopting this method. The results show that gear shafts couple each other because of the mesh of gears, and new modes are derived. In addition, the unbalanced mass of each shaft will arouse the vibration response of whole sytem.
