摘要
阐述了云制造模式下制造能力的内涵,并对制造能力模型构建及描述机制等关键技术做了深入探讨。归纳和总结了当前制造能力研究现状及存在的主要问题,给出了云制造模式下制造能力的概念与分类。构建了制造能力多维信息模型,并给出了针对该模型的制造能力描述框架,为最终实现制造能力形式化描述提供了支持。结合云制造模式下对制造能力共享的实际需求,依据所提出的建模理论和技术,初步开发了一个支持用户按需使用的制造能力服务化系统原型。
The meaning of Manufacturing Capability（MC）was elaborated, and key technologies of model construction as well as description mechaism were discussed. The research status and existing problems of MC were systematically summarized. Meanwhile, the concept and classification of MC in cloud manufacturing mode were presented. On this basis, a multi-dimensional information model was built, as well as the description framework of MC was proposed, which could provide formal description for MC. Combined with actual demand for MC sharing in cloud manufacturing mode, a prototype of MC service management system was developed according to proposed theories and technologies.
