摘要
目的 :了解 SL E患者的心脏损害。方法 :采用多普勒超声检测 SL E患者的心脏结构及功能。结果 :SL E患者左心收缩功能正常组出现心内膜、心肌损害者 10例 (2 0 % ) ,出现心包积液者 5例 (10 % )。左心收缩功能减低组 ,全部病例有心肌、瓣膜及心包的损害。结论 :多普勒超声可显示 SL
Objective:To investigate the heart injury in SLE patients.Methods:Changes of cardiac structure and function in SLE patients were detected by Echocardiography.Results:The endocardial and cardiac muscle injury were found in 40% of the patients in the normal cardiac function group and all patients in the decreased cardiac function group. Pericardial effusion was found in 20% of patients in the former, and all patients in latter. Conclusion:The earlier changes of hearts in SLE patients were detected by Echocardiography.
