摘要
目的 :通过对活动性十二指肠溃疡 (DN)伴幽门螺杆菌 (HP)阳性患者采用单一抗菌、抑酸 ,及抗菌联合抑酸治疗效果的比较 ,探讨抗菌与抑酸联合的优越性。方法 :选用活动性 DU伴 HP阳性患者 46例 ,分为抑酸组 ,抗菌组 ,抑酸 +抗菌组。以两周为 1个疗程 ,结束治疗一个月后复查内镜及 HP。结果 :抑酸 +抗菌组溃疡愈合率高 ,症状缓解迅速 ,复发率低。结论 :抑酸联合抗菌治疗是活动性 DU伴
Objective:Compared the treatments of antibioctics, acid inhibitors and antibioctics combined with acid inhibitors for active duedenum ulcer. Research the advantage of antibiotics allied with acid inhibitors for DU. Methods:Sellect 46 patients with active DU,divide them into 3 groups and give them antibiotics,acid inhibitors,antibiotics combined with acid inhibitors for treatment respectively.2 weeks is a period of therapy,countercheck them 1 month after the therapy.Results:The treatment of antibiotics combined with acid inhibitors can raise healing rate,relieve symptom quickly,and its recurrence is lower.Conclusion:antibiotics combined with acid inhibitors is an ideal therapy for DU.
