摘要
从电动机保护的理论出发,设计了一种基于嵌入式系统的电动机综合保护装置.该装置可以实现及时判定三相异步电动机的各种对称故障和非对称故障,指挥执行装置切断电源,保护电动机,故障信息通过液晶显示器显示,为检修人员提供参考信息.并能够通过RS485总线将采集到的电动机各种参数传递给地面集中控制中心,为煤矿安全生产提供检测、监控一体的综合管理.
An integrated protection unit for asynchronous motor based on embedded system was designed, and motor protection theory was introduced. The unit can decide various symmetric faults and asymmetric faults in time, and cut off the power by controlling actua played on LCD, providing reference to maintenan tor, so that the motor is protected. The fault information is dis- ce staff. All kinds of motor parameters are sent to integrated mission control center on the ground, so the integrated management of detection and monitoring is implemented.
