摘要
在分析当前服务质量评价系统现状基础上,本文从多角度对服务质量调查结果进行分析,扩展了服务质量评价系统的功能。在系统实现中,主要应用AHP方法确定服务质量评价指标体系权重;使用相关分析和回归分析算法对调查数据进行分析;使用ASP.Net实现用户界面开发;利用ADO.Net数据访问技术去读写数据;使用OWC控件技术丰富评价结果展现方式。
Based on discussion of the current service quality evaluation system, this paper extends the analysis function of system from various aspects. The system mainly uses AHP to distribute target indexweight, correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the survey data, ASP.Net to develop the user interface, ADO.Net to operate the database, OWC to rich the style of result.
