摘要
结合慢性乙型肝炎的中医辨证分型 (脾虚气弱、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚、脾肾两虚 )及现代研究进展 ,讨论补法在该病治疗中的应用 ,并介绍了先补后清、补清兼施等提高中医治疗乙肝疗效的用药经验。
In coordination of TCM pattern identification (spleen qi deficiency,yin deficiency of the liver and kidney,deficiency of qi and yin,and deficiency of both spleen and kidney) and modern research progress in treating chronic hepatitis B,the author discusses the application of the tonifying method in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease and also introduces his experience in using herbal drugs to enhance the therapeutic effect for Chinese medical therapy of hepatitis B by the tonifying method prior to the clearing method and simultaneous application of the tonifying method and clearing method.
