摘要
通过分析煤炭企业技术创新的各个影响因素,结合煤炭企业技术创新绩效现状,本文利用结构化演算的方法确定评价指标及权重;运用BP神经网络的评价方法构建了适用于煤炭企业的技术创新绩效评价体系,并以龙煤集团双鸭山分公司为例进行实证分析,旨在探求增强煤炭企业技术创新能力和效果的有效途径,为企业创造更大的财富,提高企业的核心竞争力,为我国经济的持续、健康、协调发展提供参考。
Through analyzing various influence factors of technological innovation of coal enterprises, and combined with performance status quo of technological innovation of coal enterprise, the paper determines evaluation indicators and weight with structured calculus; uses the evaluation method of BP neural network to build a performance evaluation sys- tem for technological innovation of coal enterprises; and takes Long Coal Shuangyashan branch as an example for empiri- cal analysis, aiming at exploring effective ways to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of technological innovation of coal enterprises, to create greater wealth for the enterprise, improve the enterprise＇s core competitiveness, and to pro- vide reference for the sustained, health and coordinated development of economy.
