摘要
目的探讨来非司酮对人中期妊娠胎盘功能的影响。方法对在该院中期妊娠计划引产１６～１９孕周的孕妇 １３例，在服用 １５０ ｍｇ米非司酮前和后 ２４ ｈ各采集肘静脉血 ５ ｍｌ，用放射免疫法检测血清雌激素（Ｅ_２）、孕激素（Ｐ）、绒毛膜促性腺激素（β－ＨＣＧ）及胎盘催乳素（ｈＰＬ）水平。结果服用米非司酮后孕妇血清Ｐ及β－ＨＣＧ显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），ｈＰＬ有下降趋势（Ｐ＞０．０５），Ｅ_２无显著性变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论中孕妇女在使用来非司酮后胎盘分泌激素的功能受到影响。
Objictive To study the effect of mifepristone on the placental hormone during the second trimester. Methods Serum E_2, P, β－HCG and hPL levels in 13 pregnant women (gestational age from 17 to 19 weeks) were determined by radioimmunoas- say before and after mifepristone treatment. Results After mifepristone treatment, serum P and β - HCG levels declined significantly. Serum E_2 and hPL levels did not change significantly. Conclusion mifepristore can influence placental hormone secretion during the secand trimester.
