摘要
对松突圆蚧发育的起点温度和有效积温进行测定,结果表明,其各虫期的发育起点温度为:1龄若虫6.7±0.6℃,2龄若虫10.4±2.6℃,蛹期13.8±3.3℃,雌成虫期11.5±2.0℃,整个生活史13.0±2.8℃;有效积温为:1龄若虫227.5DD,2龄若虫172.0DD,蛹期61.4DD,雌成虫期378.8DD,整个生活史728 DD。用有效积温法则估测松突圆蚧在广东可能发生的世代数为3~5个世代。这与已发生该虫为害地区观察到的实际情况相吻合。可为有关地区防治此虫作为依据。
The threshold temperatures and effective accumulated temperatures of development of Hemiberlesia potysiphila have been determined. The developmental threshold temperature of the Ⅰ instar nymph is 6.7±0.6℃, the Ⅱ instar nymph 10.4+2.6℃, the pupal stage 13.8±3.3℃, the female adult stage 11.5±2.0℃, the whole life history 13±2.8℃. The effective accumulated temperature of the Ⅰ instar nymmh is 227.5DD, the Ⅱ instar nymph 172.0DD, the pupal stage 61.4 DD, the female adult stage 378.8DD, the whole life history 728DD.By the law of effective accumulated temperature, the occurrence prediction of this pest in Guangdong province may be 3—5 generations a year, which is identical with the actual conditions.
