摘要
应用中西医结合疗法治疗成人常复发性原发性肾病综合征 57例 ,并与西医对照和进行远期疗效观察。中西医结合组 (治疗组 )远期完全缓解率为 6 8.4 % ,对照组为 2 1.1% ,两组比较有高度统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。治疗组 5～ 15年的复发率为 18.7% ,对照组为 52 % ,治疗组明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组副反应发生率为 2 6 .3% ,对照组为 6 3.2 % ,治疗组明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,提示中西医结合治疗成人常复发性肾病综合征的疗效优于单纯应用西药治疗者。
cases of adult frequently relapse nephrotic syndrome(FRNS) were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the result was compared with control group of western medicine and the long term follow up effecting was observed. Complete long term release rate for the combined group (treatment group) is 68.4%, for control group 21.1%, there are significant differences between two groups (P<0.001). Reoccurring rate in 5～15 years for treatment group is 18.7%, control group 52%, the former is much lower than the later (P<0.01). Side effect rate for treatment group is 26.3%, control group 63.2%, the former is much lower than the later (P<0.001).It was suggested that it was better for adult frequently relapse nephrotic syndrome with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine than that with only western medicine.
