微波热凝术治疗慢性扁桃体炎 被引量:6

Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis with Microwave Tissue Thermocoaqulation

摘要 目的 :探讨一种不用常规扁桃体摘除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的新方法。方法 :采用微波热凝方法使慢性扁桃体炎组织凝固、萎缩。结果 :治疗 19例患者 ,扁桃体组织均缩小 ,扁桃体炎症消除 ,无复发病例。结论 :微波热凝术可替代扁桃体摘除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎 ,且该方法简单、无出血、疗效好、费用低、无明显并发症。 Objective:Studying a new method that no conventional tonsillectomy is used to treat chronic tonsillitis.Method:Using microwave tissue thermocoaqulation to make chronic tonsilltis coaqulated and atrophied.Result:It is found that tonsillitic tissue is atrophied after 19 cases have been treated,eliminating tonsillitic inflammation without any recurrent case.Conclusion:As far as treatment of chronic tonsillitis is concerned,tonsillotomy can be replaced by microwave tissue thermocoaqultion.This method is very simple and highly efficient,with lower cost and without obvious complication.
