摘要
目的 :评价超声对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值 ,提高术前超声诊断的准确性。方法 :对 4 4例卵巢肿瘤进行术前超声和术后病理对照分析。结论 :4 4例中超声诊断卵巢囊性肿瘤 13例 ,实性肿瘤 12例 ,混合性肿瘤 19例 ,与术后病理对照诊断符合率为 87% ,误诊率为 13 %。结果 :术前B超对卵巢肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound in diagnosing ovarian tumor and to improve the accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosing before surgery.Methods:44 cases of ovarian tumor were studied by ultrasonograpy before surgery and by pathelogy after surgery.Results:Of the 44 cases cystic tumor of ultrusonograpy in diagnosing was 13;Substantial tumor was 12;mixed tumor was 19;contrast to the pathology after surgery,the ultrasonic diagnostic accuracy rate was 87%,the misdiagnostic rate was 13%.Conclusion:B-ultrasound before surgery has high diagnostic value to ovary.
