摘要
目的:探讨Ⅱ期新型弹性襻前房型人工晶体植入的手术方法和临床效果。方法:对曾行单眼白内障摘除而未植入人工晶体、且不适合植入后房型人工晶体的18例患者,行Ⅱ期前房型人工晶体植入。术后随访时间5~15月。结果:所有患者术后视力均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,其中8眼≥0.8,6眼≥0.5,其余在0.4~0.2之间。结论:Ⅱ期新型弹性襻前房型人工晶体植入操作简单,临床效果好。
Objective:To determine the operating mode and effect of new flexible loop anterior chamber intraocular lens in secondary implantation.Methods:anterior chamber intraocular lens secondary implantation were performed in 18 cases(18 eyes).All patients were follewed up for 5 months to 15 months.Results:Of the 18 eyes,8 had a final visal acuity of 0.8 or better,6 had 0.5 or better,and the other had 0.4~0.2.Conclusion:New flexible loop anterior chamber introcular lens is easy and effective for intraocular lens secondary implantion.
