酮咯酸氨丁三醇对兔眼准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜雾状混浊的作用 被引量:13

Effect of Ketorolac Tromethamine on the Haze after Excimer Laseer Photorefractive Keratectomy in Rabbits

摘要 目的:探讨非甾体类抗炎药物酮咯酸氨丁三醇(ketorolacTromethamine)对兔眼准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)后角膜雾状混浊(haza)的作用效果。方法:将已行PRK术的24只兔眼随机分配到A、B、C 3组,每组8只眼。术后A组点0.1%地塞米松液,B组点0.5%酮咯酸氨丁三醇眼液,C组作为空白对照。剂量为:第1月4次/d,第2月3次/d。术后1周、1月、2月时检查haze情况。结果:术后1周时,3组之间haze的差异均无显著性。术后1月及2月时,A组、B组的haze较C组轻,A组、B组之间的差异则无显著性。结论:酮咯酸氨丁三醇对兔眼PRK术后的haze有抑制作用。 Objective:To assess the effect of ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic solution on the corneal haze after Excimer Laser Photorefractive Keratectomy(PRK)in rabbits.Methods:Twenty-four eyes of rabbits which underwent PRK were divided into three groups randomly.Each group included eight eyes and received one of the following medications respectively:no medication as control,0.1%dexamethasone solution,0.5%ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic solution.Drops were administered four times daily for the first month and then three times daily for the second month.Corneal haze was observed with slit-lamp microscope.Results:In the first week after operation,the difference of corneal haze was insignificant among the three groups.In the first and second months after operation,the corneal haze was significantly less in dexamethasone group and ketorolac tromethamine group than that in the control group.The difference between dexamethasone group and ketorolac tromethamine group was insignificant.Conclusion:Ketorolac tromethamine can reduce corneal haze after PRK in rabbits.
