摘要
目的:研究骨转移瘤放疗止痛的疗效。方法:65例骨转移瘤的患者在化疗间歇期于最感疼痛的部位予400cGy/次×5次/周=20Gy姑息止痛放疗,于放疗后持续观察放疗止痛的效果。结果:65例骨转移瘤患者经姑息放疗后止痛有效率(CR+PR)于放疗后1周时为40.0%,2周时84.6%,4周时为90.7%。毒副作用无明显增加。结论:化疗间歇期予上述姑息止痛放疗是一种安全有效的止痛方法。
Objective:To study the effect that the pain of bone metastatic carcinoma were treated by irradiation in the interval between two cycles chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-five patients with bone metastatic carcinoma were treated by irradiation in the interval between two cycles of chemotherapy,the dose of radiotherapy was 400 cGy/faction,five factions every week D-T=20 Gy.Then researched the rate of relieved pain.Results:The experiment shows that the rate of relieved pain(CR+PR)was 40.0%after one week,84.6%after two weeks,90.7%after four weeks,the side-effect doesn't increase.Conclusion:The irradiation between two cycles chemotherapy was effective and safe.
