摘要
目的了解依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效,为慢性心力衰竭治疗提供科学依据。方法将2010年8月～2012年4月的80例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为依那普利联合美托洛尔组和常规治疗组,分析比较两组病例临床症状、心功能指标。结果依那普利联合美托洛尔组总有效率、心功能改善情况均优于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P值<0.05)。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗对慢性心力衰竭具有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the combination of enalapril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） curative effect,and provide scientific basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods According to the clinical datas of continuous 80 patients with chronic congestive heart failure between August 2010 and April 2012,randomized to the combination of enalapril and metoprolol group and routine treatment group,analysis and comparison of two cases clinical symptoms,heart function.Results The combination of enalapril and metoprolol group total effectiveness,the amelioration of cardiac function are better than the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of enalapril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure with good effect.
